Question:

What’s the ruling of bald women wearing wigs?

Answer:

They’re to wear a hijāb or a khimār to cover their head. This is better than wearing wigs which are zūr (falsification). If she was to be afflicted with a condition which caused her head to lose its hair, she should wear something of clothing which would cover her head.
