Our Shaykh, the ‘Allaamah, the Sincere Adviser, Abu ‘Abdirrahman Yahya bin ‘Ali Al-Hajoori – may Allaah preserve him – said:
✨Benefit:
- It can be said in regards to a woman: zowjuka (your wife) this is more eloquent which the quraan has come with.
- And it is correct to say: ‘zowjatuka’ (your wife) however it is less (mentioned), and the sunnah has come with it like in the hadeeth: “safeeyah…this is zowjatee (my wife)”
✨Benefit: Ibnul Qayyim said: the women are the majority of the people of the fire and jannah, because the believer will marry in jannah two of the daughters of Aadam.
