Question:
When does the time of zakātul-fitr of Ramadhān begin and when does it end, and is it accepted if I payed it and the beginning of Ramadhān?
Answer:
It begins before eid, and ends with the exiting of the imām to the place of prayer, as for giving it in the beginning of Ramadhān or the middle then it is not accepted because it is zakātul-fitr of (the ending) of Ramadhān.
