Is this an established hadith?

“The most despicable of women are the brazen”
??Answer:
This isn’t a Hadith from the Prophet ﷺ, rather it’s narrated from ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with him.
A brazen woman is one who’s daring towards men and has no shyness to them.
