“What’s the need for these titles (Ikhwān, Sufiyyah, Surūriyyah,Tablīgh [etc], we are all Muslims)?”
What’s the reply to their doubt?

The answer to their question is:
The reason is because of introducing innovations into the religion, as well as lack of clinging on to the Sunnah and the main body of Muslims.
