A woman can leave her house without permission in times of necessity

Question:

Is it permissible for a woman to leave her house to the doctor without permission from her husband if her son is about to die from sickness and there is nobody else in the house who can take him other than her or does she stay in the house and leave her son to die?

Answer:

This is a moment of necessity. So she is allowed to leave, even if her husband wasn’t present at that time. Then there is no problem if she left, even if the husband doesn’t give her permission. Because the boy will die if she doesn’t and the signs have become apparent which indicates to this, so if she leaves to get him treatment then she is not sinful In sha Allah. And let her take the neighbours wife and her husband to the doctor and she is not to leave by herself and expose herself to fitnah especially at night time. As for if it was during the day then the affair is simple. However, if she wanted to leave at night then she is to take the neighbours wife with her husband and they are to leave together. As for during the day then the affair is simple.
