Benefit:
“Even if there were those that went astray that refuted Dr. Rabee’ Al-Madkhali in the affair of Emaan.
The likes of Faalih Al-Harbi and those from the website Al Athari, and the fact that Takfirees refuted him…; this does not necessitate that he is not mistaken in these affairs, nor that it is not allowed to refute him under the guise of being in a state of following them!
This is a wrongful shortcoming in understanding from the one who says this.
And this is due to the oppositions of Dr. Rabee’ Al-Madkhali to the beliefs of the Salaf being manifest in this affair.
So we don’t abandon the defense of the ‘aqeedah because the people of falsehood have criticised him!
And due to if they were to be correct in the basis of their criticism, then the accepting of the truth from them, and from he who comes with it, is obligatory, out of veneration of the truth and the binding evidences.
And proofs of this, from the Book and the Sunnah, are many:
For it comes in the “two saheeh” on authority of Ibn Mas’uud, may Allaah be pleased with him:
“A (Jewish) Rabbi came to Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) and he said, “O Muhammad! We learn that Allah will put all the heavens on one finger, and the earths on one finger, and the trees on one finger, and the water and the dust on one finger, and all the other created beings on one finger. Then He will say, ‘I am the King.’ Thereupon the Prophet (ﷺ) smiled so that his pre-molar teeth became visible, and that was the confirmation of the statement of the Rabbi.
Then Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) recited:
وَمَا قَدَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِۦ وَٱلْأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ مَطْوِيَّٰتٌۢ بِيَمِينِه
“They made not a just estimate of Allah such as is due to Him. And on the Day of Resurrection the whole of the earth will be grasped by His Hand and the heavens will be rolled up in His Right Hand.”
And this does not mean that they are upon the truth or that the Truth is sought from them.
“Verily this Knowledge is Religion , So look at he whom you take your Religion from”
Like it has been established from Imaam Ibn Seereen in the introduction of the “Saheeh” of Imaam Muslim.
