Question:
What do you say in regards to the one who says Shaykh Yahyaa isn’t a scholar due to him not being praised by any scholar?

How great of a deception this is!!
And the Imaam of Yemen has appointed him as a successor, and he has praised him greatly with a praise which he hasn’t praised anyone from his students with, Our Shaykh Muqbil – may Allah have mercy on him. Is he not regarded as a scholar with you?!This Imaam, Al-Muhaddith Al-Mujaddid (reviver), who is considered from the Mujaddideen, he is not a scholar?!

Some of them try to deceive people and they aren’t even good at deception.
Read (Shaykh Yahyaa’s book) ‘Ahkaamul jumu’ah’ look at the great praise from Shaykh Muqbil. Read also the treatise (by Shaykh Yahyaa) in which he refutes Az-Zindaani, look at how greatly he was praised. And likewise the praise of Shaykh Ahmad An-Najmi – may Allah have mercy on him – for that book and for Shaykh Yahyaa, and likewise other than them who have praised him.
Some of them used to praise him, then their condition changed as you may already know, like Shaykh Rabee’. They praised him greatly and they said that Shaykh Yahyaa has grasped the Dawatus Salafiyaah with a iron fist, however these indecent morals surrounded him (Shaykh Rabee) from his sides until they put him in this state in which he is in now. We ask Allah for a good ending. Otherwise he knows Shaykh Yahyaa and he knows about his dawah, however bad company are not safe for a person, so if you see someone who is bad company, and these characteristics of bad company have become apparent to you, then we advise you that you distance yourself from him. There is no good in him for you! And don’t listen to him.
And just as we mentioned previously an example of bad company this Aadil Almishwary, he misguided many students in Darul Hadeeth and turned them away from the truth. He is from those who conceal things within themselves.
We don’t have revelation being sent to us now so we have to judge people from that which is apparent from them. Allah used to expose the hypocrites to the prophet ﷺ and he used to warn from them. However, we don’t have anything like that, we have to judge the people from that which is apparent.
And some of them have fear, they are weak, they know you only take from that which is apparent so they start scheming on you. I seek refuge from your type, and your nifaaq (hypocrisy). This one is oppressor to himself.
Munaafiq (hypocrite)!
I swear by Allah ﷻ he (Aadil) is a Munaafiq, practical Nifaaq. That which He makes apparent outwardly is opposite to that which he believes inwardly.
What kind of life do you have?!
This is not permissible, I swear by Allah for a person to be in such a state.
Yaa akhi if your not pleased with what we are upon then go somewhere else.
We are pleased with what we are upon, your pleased with what your upon however the views are different, and the appointment is with Allah!
So Shaykh Yahya, all praise be to Allah ﷻ,
♦️ His dawah has made him apparent,
♦️ His knowledge has made him apparent,
♦️ His books which he has written have made him apparent,
♦️ And likewise, his stance in times of trials and tribulations have made him apparent, which indicate the success and guidance that Allah has given him.
For verily the situations which he has been put in, I swear by Allah ﷻ, No one has faced such situations in our time as far as i am concerned. Great situations like that war with the Raafidah, and this was at the start of his affair (In the early stages when he took over Shaykh Muqbil’s place), from the start he’s been tested- may Allah ﷻ preserve him. He has come out of great trials in incredible ways. He continues to come out of these trials all while leading the dawatus Salafiyaah in our time, and he comes out of these great tests by the virtue of Allah ﷻ.
He loves his students and advices them and guides them and clarifies to them, he took us away from that fitnah of militarization by the virtue of Allah ﷻ then by the advice of this imaam – may Allah preserve him.
Otherwise look at how many have embarked upon bringing fitnah upon the Dawatus Salafiyaah from those who didn’t take from his advice. They embark upon this fitnah then they regret.
And likewise many have embarked upon the fitnah of Abul Hassan, then they regretted.
And likewise the fitnah of the Raafidah, this is a great test upon us I swear by Allah ﷻ. Allah has made him tread a great path in this fitnah and has given him success which indicates to the love of allah ﷻ for this man, in many tests.
These are signs and evidences of the love of allah ﷻ for the likes of these people, that he guides them and gives them success in times of fitnah. As for other than him then he’ll become misguided, he doesn’t know where to turn to and then he’ll think that he is doing something good and that he is upon insight, and that he is the one who has treaded a good path in times of fitnah, yet in reality he is misguided.
