Weakness of Hadith Regarding the Punishment in Grave for the person who prayed without purification

Benefit:

Hadith:

“It was ordered for a slave from the slaves of Allāh to be beaten in his grave 100 lashes, so he did not cease to invoke and ask for it to be one lash, so it filled his grave with fire, so when he came back to his conciousness he said: “Why did you lash me?”, They said: “Indeed you prayed one prayer without purification, and you walked pass someone being oppressed and you didn’t help him.”

Shaykh Al-Albānī in As-Sahīhah said: “Tahāwī reported it in “Mushkil Al-Āthār” (4/231): Fahd bin Sulaymān narrated to us, he said: Amr bin Awn Al-Wāsitī narrated to us, he said: Ja’far bin Sulaymān on the authority of Āsim on the authority of Shaqīq on the authority of Ibn Mas’ūd, on the authority of the Prophet ﷺ that he said: So he mentioned it. I say: “This chain of narration is Jayyid, it’s men are all trustworthy from the men of ‘Tahthīb’ other than this Fahd, and he is Thiqqah Thabt (trustworthy) as Ibn Yunus said in ‘Al-Ghurabā’ as in ‘Rijāl Ma’ānī Al-Āthār’ (1/85)

Our Shaykh Yahya may Allāh preserve him said:

And in this chain of narration is Tashīf (writing error)

Tashīf from Hafs bin Sulaymān
to Ja’far bin Sulaymān

And what is correct is that its Hafs bin Sulaymān, for in Amālī bin Sam’ūn (pg 217)

212 – Abū Bakr bin Muhammad bin Ja’far, he said: Muhammad bin Ismā’ēl, he said: Amr bin Al-Wāsitī narrated to us, he said Hafs bin Sulaymān narrated to us, on the authority of Āsim, on the authority of Shaqīq, on the authority Abdillāh, on the authority of the Prophet ﷺ that he said:

“It was ordered for a slave from the slaves of Allāh to be beaten in his grave 100 lashes, so he did not cease to invoke and ask for it to be one lash, so it filled his grave with fire, so when he came back to his consciousness he said: “Why did you lash me?”, They said: “Indeed you prayed one prayer without purification, and you walked pass someone being oppressed and you didn’t help him.”

And Hafs bin Sulaymān is Matrūk (abandoned)

So the Hadith is very weak.
