Benefit:
“And from the (scenarios) of the individuals prayer (by himself) behind the (congregational) row, is that there is between each man a far distance. i.e. for there to be between this individual and this one a meter for example, and some of them overexaggerate and place 2 meters.
What kind of congregational prayer is this?!? i.e. between each individual 2 meters?!? Why?
They say: so that if one of them sneezes, the spray won’t reach the other.
Put a mask on him or handkerchief, it’s sufficient.
These rows are not correct. This means: everyone pray individually behind the imaam, not in congregation, you pray by yourself and this one prays by himself and likewise this one prays by himself behind the imaam, and all of you and praying individually behind the row, behind the imaam.
And the row before and after is the same, this is not correct, these rows are not correct, it is a mistake.
And I see, and Allah knows best, that it is more befitting for him to pray in his house, and he doesn’t pray in these rows, because his prayer in his house in correct, even if he does lose out on the reward of 27 ranks as been mentioned in the hadeeth.
As for his prayer with this distance between each individual within the rows with such and such measurement, then (in reality) he is praying by himself behind the row, and the majority of the people of knowledge see the prayer of the one who prays by himself behind the row to be invalid, so refrain from this action, he should pray in his house and not go to the masjid to pray in this type of manner, this isn’t Praying in congregation.
There is no one praying behind the imaam in Congregation, he is praying individually and they are praying individually, his (the imaam) prayer is correct, as for their prayer then Allah knows best about it, the majority of the people of knowledge see it to be invalid.
In summary oh brothers:
May Allah suffice us from the evil of this Corona, the people have done bizarre things during it, they have come with unusual affairs and we ask Allah for wellbeing.
It was said to some people: Why do you not pray in congregation?
They said: the charity organizations will not give us anything unless we close the masaajid!!
