Does Hajj suffice for the one incapable of completing after standing at Arafah

Question:

If the one performing Hajj is prevented from completing after standing at Arafah, does his Hajj suffice?

Answer:

Al-Hajj is Arafah, and there remains upon him for that which he is incapable of the ransom (sacrificial animal), if he’s incapable of doing it. So if he is prevented from completing after standing at Arafah and he missed the likes of Tawāf Al-Ifādhah or casting the stones and the likes of these then there remains for what he is incapable of the ransom and we hope to Allah that it will suffice for him.
