The ruling on the earnings of a taxi driver who takes people to places of sin

Question:

A taxi driver in the lands of Kufr, and most of the time he takes the people of corruption to the places of corruption, what is the condition of these earnings?

Answer:

In the lands of disbelief or in other than it, whoever cooperates upon sin and transgression, that is not allowed for him, and his earnings from that cooperation are illegal, so if he took them to fortune-tellers and sorcerers in the lands of the Muslims for example, or he takes them to the grave of Hud, as the Sufis do, they rent buses to go to the grave of Hud as they claim, visits of Shirk, and Ibn Alwaan as they claim or other than that, to places of shirk, to places of fornication and corruption, to places of innovations and superstitions, to places of hizbi gatherings intending that gathering and cooperation upon sin and transgression and partisanship and opposing the truth, to places of voting, he takes them and they go and vote, count the likes of these disobediences.

All of this is not allowed, that the taxi driver takes all of these with all their types if he knows they’re going to places of disobedience, and his earnings from doing that while he knows what he’s doing and that he’s taking them to places of disobedience, these are invalid earnings. It’s not allowed for him, due the verse mentioned and the statement of the Prophet ﷺ;

“Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or is oppressed”. A man said: “O Messenger of Allah! I help him when he is oppressed, but how can I help him when he is an oppressor?” He ﷺ said, “You prevent him from committing oppression. For verily in that is your helping him”.

i.e prevent him is helping him, and if you don’t prevent then don’t aid him upon falsehood.

So this is not allowed, not in the lands of Kufr or other than it.
