Question:
A man in the lands of Kufr works in a private sector of slaughtered meat in the Islamic way but this man doesn’t care so he gives a certification to any owner of a restaurant who comes to him Muslim or Kaafir, and this man is well-known as Ismaa’eel Halaal?
Answer:
At any rate it’s obligatory upon him to take care especially he’s been entrusted, and perhaps if he cheats the Muslims with slaughtering’s which he doesn’t take care if they’re impermissible and not upon the Islamic way, he bares the sin, and he’ll be in the likes of this situation a cheater, and the Prophet ﷺ said:
إذا وسد الأمر إلى غير أهله فانتظر الساعة
“When the affair (leadership) is entrusted to other than its (rightful) people, then wait for the Hour.”
i.e. to one who has no care for being entrusted.
So it’s obligatory for him to take care and that if he certifies this meat that it’s Halaal, assured, certain that it was slaughtered upon the Islamic way.
As for to certify that it’s Halaal and send it to the land of the Muslims that it’s Halaal relying upon this entrusted one who doesn’t have any care then he will be the cause for them eating meat which isn’t good unslaughtered upon the Islamic way without the Name of Allah being mentioned upon it and what is the likes of that, and sinful for being the cause, and he is the cause of harms to the Muslims, for indeed the meat which is slaughtered upon other than the Islamic way is harmful due to the clogging of the blood in it, and it’s harmful with what the legislation has pointed towards.
