Question:
A woman when her husband is away listens to music and wears revealing clothes?
Answer:
This (one) also is a sinner, for a righteous woman if her husbands is away she preserves herself and his wealth, and likewise she becomes more protective in a state of his absence.
And the one who only wants (to give regard to) the over-seeing of the people, a young boy only wants the over-seeing of his father and a woman only wants the over-seeing of her husband, this is weakness in giving regard to the over-seeing of Allah, and what is obligatory on a Muslim is to give regard to the over-seeing of Allah, as if he sees Him, and even though he doesn’t see his Lord then verily His Lord sees him, as is in the Hadith of Jibreel, the Hadith of ‘Umar bin Al-Khattaab may Allah be pleased with him in the story of Jibreel.
The one who doesn’t want except to give regard to the over-seeing of the people corrupts his religion, showing off, and his good is lessened.
So what is obligatory is for a person to give regard to the over-seeing of Allah in open and private.
