The believer is not supposed to take from his nails or hair in the first 10 days of Dhul Ḥijjah if he intends to slaughter. Does this also include not being able to trim the mustache?
Answer:
The Ḥadīth says:
“Whoever has an uḍḥiyyah, let him not take anything from his hair nor his skin”
So the mustache is from the hair.
