Question : Are the morning remembrances to be before the Fajr prayer after the adhaan or after the prayer?
Answer : Begin with it after the adhaan, if the mu’adhin calls for the prayer of Fajr in its correct time, begin with the morning remembrances and what remains complete it after the prayer of Fajr before the rising of the sun, just as the evening remembrances, begin with it early, for it suffices from after the sun declines from its zenith, meaning if you prayed dhuhr and read it, it would suffice, but every time it is before the setting of the sun is better.
