Question:
What are the conditions of a Nikkah?
Answer:
Permission from the woman and her consent, and that she’s married off by her wali.
As for the dowry then it’s obligatory however it’s not a condition for validity of the Nikkah, and likewise having witnesses isn’t a condition upon what’s correct.
