Question:
Is it legislatively permissible for a person to recite Quran upon water and to sprinkle it on their car; in anticipation of the evil eye or there occurring many issues, so he sprinkles water he has recited on upon it.
Is this permissible?
Answer:
A number of people of knowledge gave legal rulings permitting this, and they include it under the generality of Ruqya, and Allah the Most High knows best.
