Aqīqah and Udhiyyah with one intention

Question:

Is the intention for Aqīqah and Udhiyyah (sacrificial animal for Hajj) correct for one slaughter?

Answer:

This is from what they differed in. For indeed, some of them see entrance between the two.

Like the entrance of ghusl janābah with ghusl Jumu’ah, and the Ēid prayer with the Jum’uah prayer for the one who doesn’t want to combine and pray Thuhr. And the likes of this. These are the majority. And some of them see the lack of entrance considering this is an obligatory Salāh and it has its own affairs and rulings.

(The Udhiyyah) being one sheep for a person and his household, and the Aqīqah being every newborn is pledge to his Aqīqah. And what takes precedence, is the lack of entrance to whoever has ampleness. Especially, because Aqīqah is obligatory according to what is correct.

But if there occurs entrance, the affair is flexible but what takes precedence is not entering.

He performs the Aqīqah and he performs the Udhiyyah. And one is a known Sunnah and the other is obligatory. And both of them he is rewarded for.
