Does the monthly salary of the deceased enter into the inheritance

Question:

If a person dies and he has a monthly salary from the government, does this enter into the inheritance?

Answer:

If the salary continues with the condition that they gave them entitlement to his salary, some of the wealth they give after his pension to his inheritors, then this wealth is considered what remains from his salary, it is to be distributed, and if they don’t leave for him anything as they do in some countries.

They give him his salary completely, then he dies, then they give it to the needy, because he died and his work is finished, so they give it to the needy according to their weakness.

If they (inheritors) agree to make it in portions of a salary they do so, and if they don’t agree then he is more needy than them, than the severe need of the orphans and the likes of that.
