Answer:
Its allowed to sell it, and it’s not selling the Qur’an, but verily the intent is the one who prints works hard, for it’s skin, for it’s papers, for things of this nature, so he is taking in exchange for his work, the Duwar (printing bodies) take in exchange for their work in selling these, not that its for selling the Quran.
