Partaking in the Mawlid, and are those that do so Mushrikūn?

Is it permissible to partake in the celebrations of the Prophet’s ﷺ birthday?

And is everyone who celebrates it considered a Mushrik?

Celebrating the Mawlid (the Prophet’s ﷺ birthday) is an newly introduced innovation, innovated by the ‘Ubaydi Shī’ah.

And every innovation is misguidance, prohibited.

And not every person that celebrates it perpetrates Shirk.

❗️But the extreme Sufis and Shī’ah and their ilk practice revolting types of Shirk in it.
