Question:
Imām during his recitation came across the prostration of Najm so he prostrated and stood up and repeated Al-Fātihah and read Suratl-Qamr then made rukū’u and prostrated for forgetfulness after the Salām.
Answer:
Forgetfulness happening in the recitation of Qurān – and here it’s the increasing reading Al-Fātihah – doesn’t obligate the prostration of forgetfulness and Allāh knows best.
