I asked our Shaykh Yahyaa may Allaah preserve him and keep him safe about the one who says that his Fatwa concerning fighting the Houthis is old, and that he doesn’t have a new Fatwa so he said:
“My Fatwa concerning fighting the Houthis hasn’t changed, and that fighting the Houthis is considered a legal fighting that there is no doubt about it, and whoever says other than that then he has indeed lied against us.”
