What is the ruling on delivering a baby for another women?

Benefit:

“… And this is what points towards the impermissibility of surrogacy, for indeed this will be from the man mixing with the woman. So if they were to take from some of their techniques and their methods, taking some of the sperm of the man who can’t have children or the sperm of a man who can have children but his wife can’t and then put it into the womb of a woman who can have children for an amount of money within the space of a year for example or a nine month term in exchange for an amount of money.

There are found those who authored concerning this, and this is not allowed because it is put in other than its rightful place, impermissibly, and it’s a type of fornication, and the child is not legitimate, rather it’s a child of fornication, because fornication is not just bodily enjoyment, but rather even the giving birth.

So it’s called (Isti’aarah) borrowing and (Isti’jaar) renting. Some of them authored in surrogacy.”
