Restrictions at work


There are workers at a company and they have a Masjid which congregation is established inside the company, and during Ramadhān the manager issued a programme of work during Ramadhān ~ and it is six working hours for the whole company.

But this manager ordered the Mu’athin to delay the Athān for Thuhr prayer until the workers finish their working hours and then proceed to the Masjid all at once, because if the Mu’athin makes the Athān all the workers go to the Masjid and leave their work which is roughly half an hour before the time prescribed by the manager.

Is it allowed for the manager to do this action which causes difficulty?


There is no difficulty in delaying the congregation, they will miss the virtue of praying in the earliest time only.
